I have been in real estate for many years and have learned that the key to real estate is understanding the market. I feel that my clients benefit from being informed about the entire buying or selling process from the start. When purchasing a home, i start by learning about your house expectations and your budget requirements. I want you to find the home of your dreams but i also want to make sure you aren't "house poor". When selling your home i want to make the process as easy as possible while still getting you the top dollar for your home. Whether buying or selling, the process can go smoothly or it can have bumps along the road. I will be there to problem solve and guide you through the process. With our buyers I like to say "you will know when you walk through the door if the house is supposed to be yours".  Many have laughed at that, but most will say it is very true.
